GOLDEN VISA is a RESIDENCE PERMIT FOR INVESTMENT ACTIVITY IN PORTUGAL (ARI) granted to non-european citizens who want to invest in Portugal.

- INVESTMENT FUND: TRANSFER OF €500,000 IN CAPITAL, IN THE ACQUISITION OF A NON-REAL ESTATE PARTICIPATION UNIT
PROGRAM BENEFITS
- Residency permit in Portugal;
- Carry out a professional activity in Portugal;
- To move freely, without a visa, through the countries of the "Schengen" area;
- Be able to acquire Portuguese citizenship, after 5 years of the temporary residence permit (Golden Visa), in accordance with the applicable legislation and in force;

REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum investment of €500,000;
- Maintain the investment for a minimum period of 5 years;
- The capital for the investment must come from abroad to a Portuguese bank account;
- Enter Portugal with a valid visa for the Schengen zone;
- Stay 14 days, consecutive or not, in the subsequent two-year period.
FIRST STEPS TO START THE PROCESS:
- Obtaining NIF (Tax Identification Number)
- Bank account opening
- Preparation of all documentation for the Golden Visa process with the lawyer
